The Harrison Group is a 3rd generation family business that has been owned and operated in Ocean City, Maryland, since 1951. The Harrison Group operates over fifteen hotels and seven restaurants from Ocean City, Maryland, Virginia Beach, Corolla, North Carolina, and Jacksonville Beach, Florida. The Harrison Group portfolio is constantly evolving. Yearly renovations take place at all of our properties to enhance and refresh the experience for our guests. Job Summary:
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that enhance our marketing campaigns, digital content, and brand identity. This position requires a mix of print and digital design expertise, including work on social media graphics, website assets, advertisements, menus, signage, and promotional materials.
Key Responsibilities:
Design marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, menus, signage, and advertisements Develop eye-catching digital content for social media, email campaigns, and the company website Ensure brand consistency across all marketing platforms and materials Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts for campaigns Edit and retouch photos for promotional use Work on seasonal promotions and special event marketing materials Stay up to date with design trends to keep marketing fresh and engaging Coordinate with printers and vendors to ensure high-quality production Other duties as assigned Qualifications & Skills:
2+ years of experience in graphic design Experience with the hospitality industry Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, Premiere Pro is a plus) Strong understanding of branding, typography, and layout design Experience designing both print and digital platforms Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Photography and video editing skills are a plus Excellent attention to detail and a creative mindset Experience with social media marketing and website design (WordPress, Canva, or similar platforms) is a bonus Benefits & Perks:

The pay range for this role is:
50,000 - 60,000 USD per year (Maryland, Ocean City)
