CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
40% - Event Coordination & Logistics
- Plan, execute, and manage successful events, including trade shows, webinars, and promotional activities, that engage prospects, partners, and stakeholders in alignment with marketing and business objectives.
- Handle all event logistics, such as venue and booth selection, catering, shipping, invitations, stakeholder communication, and on-site support, ensuring seamless operations from setup to teardown.
- Oversee event timelines to ensure all activities are executed on schedule and address any issues that arise during events.
- Produce post-event materials, including attendance reports, evaluation summaries, budget overviews, and follow-up communications.
- Coordinate the design, production, and procurement of promotional merchandise in line with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
- Travel may be required to events in Kearney, Lincoln and Omaha.
30% - Content Support
- Create, edit, and proofread marketing materials, including blog posts, social media content, email copy, and promotional items, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Manage the production and distribution of marketing collateral such as brochures and flyers, maintaining up-to-date inventory.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and assets for effective content development.
- Schedule and distribute content across platforms, monitoring performance metrics for optimization.
20% - Project Management
- Manage and prioritize incoming marketing support requests for timely execution.
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Oversee special marketing projects, aligning efforts with brand and campaign objectives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Support research, planning, and development phases by gathering insights to inform strategy and execution.
10% - Administration & Vendor Coordination:
- Maintain and organize marketing assets for easy access to branding materials, images, and templates.
- Manage the ordering, creation, and shipping of collateral for new hires.
- Track and manage company swag inventory, ensuring accurate records and timely replenishment.
Requirements
Education and Experience
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or similar field
- 1 or more years of marketing experience
- Previous experience in event coordination
- Previous experience in managing business relationships
- Previous experience in content creation both visually and written
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
