Our client is seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist to join their team. This role is an exciting opportunity to participate in global positioning, messaging, and creative development. Key Responsibilities: Engage in storytelling and crafting content in a social media tone, tense, and style Manage online communities on platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Indeed Oversee day-to-day operations of content development and website updates Propose and execute enhancements to improve user/candidate experience, based on competitive benchmarking analysis Monitor web traffic, build marketing dashboards, manage web analytics, and ensure the site meets the business needs of the organization Assist in the creation of marketing materials and internal documents Support CRM campaigns and assist in the reorganization and streamlining of the internal branding hub Required Skills and Experience: 3-5 years of experience in marketing or social media Proficiency in editorial work in AP Style Strong skills in Microsoft Office Preferred Skills: Adobe Creative Suite/design skills Data analysis Please note that all candidates must complete a background check and drug screen upon offer.
