Director of Social Media Growth & Performance
to lead digital marketing efforts. This role involves overseeing and optimizing performance marketing initiatives across multiple channels, aligning with business objectives, and delivering measurable results. This is a permanent position with a hybrid work model: 3 days in-office at Larkspur, CA, and 2 days remote. Key responsibilities include: Strategic Campaign Management:
Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing strategies across digital platforms. Manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI, ensuring campaigns meet key performance goals within budget. Digital Expertise & Continuous Improvement:
Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and new advertising platforms. Analyze competitors and provide data-driven recommendations for strategic adjustments. Stakeholder Communication & Leadership:
Serve as the primary contact for digital marketing insights, communicating with senior management and stakeholders. Lead collaboration with external agencies, IT teams, and other departments to ensure seamless execution. Data-Driven Optimization:
Work with analytics teams to refine attribution models and reporting accuracy. Manage external vendor relationships, ensuring the use of advanced technologies and data-driven practices. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, or related field. Minimum 10 years of digital marketing experience, especially in B2B environments. Expertise in digital advertising platforms, campaign management, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, BigQuery, Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Programmatic Platforms (StakeAdapt, The Trade Desk), Social Media Ad Managers (Meta, LinkedIn), and Google Ads. Strong analytical skills to translate complex data into actionable strategies. Proven leadership in managing digital marketing teams and cross-functional projects. Successful track record in executing and optimizing data-driven, performance-focused marketing initiatives in complex B2B settings.
