We’re looking for a talented Senior Product Designer who thrives on solving complex design challenges with a blend of creativity, strategy, and user-centric thinking. Role Description This is a W2 remote/Hybrid role for a Senior Product Designer at Artykula. The Senior Product Designer will create visual designs, utilize design thinking, and conduct user research, product design, and UX research to develop impactful and user-centered products. Lead the Design Team:
Provide strategic direction, mentorship, and support to the design team to ensure the highest quality design output across all projects. Collaborate with Frontend Development:
Work closely with frontend engineers to translate designs into seamless, responsive, and visually stunning web experiences. Drive End-to-End Product Design:
Apply user-centered design principles to create intuitive, impactful digital experiences from concept to execution across web and mobile platforms. Effectively Communicate Design Concepts:
Present design strategies, user flows, and prototypes to stakeholders and senior leadership, ensuring alignment with business and user goals. Champion Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with product managers, engineers, UX researchers, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive, integrated solutions. Shape the Design Vision:
Lead the development of design guidelines, frameworks, and best practices that elevate the brand and improve user experiences across projects. Problem-Solve & Prioritize:
Tackle complex design challenges with a strategic mindset, turning ambiguity into clear, actionable plans while managing multiple priorities. Preferred qualifications: Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization. 3 years of work experience working with executive leaders. Experience and a deep understanding of frontend technologies to seamlessly collaborate with engineering teams. For pay transparency purposes, the base salary range for this full-time position in the locations of San Francisco, New York, Seattle is: $182,000—$251,000 USD
