Position Overview
The Marketing Manager & Web Developer is responsible for enhancing the company’s online presence, generating leads, and improving brand awareness through digital and traditional marketing efforts. We are looking for someone who is creative with digital marketing, has SEO experience, has web development experience, and is great at tracking data.
Part Time (20hr/week) with Full Time Opportunity
Hybrid Role (located in Lee's Summit, MO)
Pay: $20-25/hr depending on experience
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Website Development & Optimization
- Optimize website performance for speed, mobile-friendliness, and accessibility.
- Regularly update website content, including service pages, blog posts, promotions, etc.
- Monitor website analytics and adjust strategies to improve engagement and conversions.
- Re-design current website to be visually appealing and easy to navigate.
- Write blog posts and integrate to website.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Conduct keyword research to target high-intent searches.
- Improve local SEO by optimizing Google Business Profile, citations, and location-based keywords.
- Build high-quality backlinks to improve domain authority.
- Track SEO performance and adjust strategies based on data insights.
Social Media Marketing
- Create content for social media platforms.
- Run paid social media advertising campaigns.
- Analyze social media performance and adjust strategies as needed.
Digital Advertising
- Set up and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Local Services Ads).
- Optimize ad performance through A/B testing and data analysis.
- Monitor ad spend.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track key performance indicators for website traffic, social media, email marketing, and paid ads.
- Generate monthly reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Use CRM software to monitor lead generation and customer engagement.
IT and Technical Support
- Ensure website security and implement regular backups.
- Assist in creating new company emails, setting up company iPads and other tech devices and troubleshoot IT issues.
