General Purpose: This position will perform a wide variety of tasks which support the robust pipeline of marketing, advertising and communication strategies identified for ASCENDANCE TRUCK CENTERS and ALLEGIANCE TRUCKS and their many dealerships. This position will report to the Director of Corporate Marketing Operations and will be based in Syracuse, NY. Main Tasks and Responsibilities: Create and schedule region-based print advertising (Truck Paper, Commercial Truck Trader) Create and schedule traditional print, radio and billboard advertising Create and send customer email campaigns, Fleetrite promos, Parts promos, Flash Sales, etc. Assist with event setups, coordination and execution for dealership location, regional or OEM:
HR job fairs, Product demos, Customer open-house, Safety seminars, Employee events Community events, Charitable events, etc.
Regional budget tracking monthly Invoice processing as needed Assist with building signage initiatives Assist with vehicle wrap initiatives Manage SWAG and apparel inventory for region Support of Parts, Service, Idealease campaigns and promos Assist with customer experience support as needed Assist with quarterly presentation of regional Marketing initiatives and results to OEM International Marketing Champion – with training requirements Additional Desired Responsibilities: Shoot / edit video (and audio) of Sales staff with product walkarounds, promo announcements, Parts, Service or Idealease events, community and dealership events, golf outings, etc. Shoot, record and edit podcasts and shoot photography Programs You Will Use: Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel Audacity (Audio) International Dealer Portal Idealease Resource Portal Google Analytics Social Pilot / Hootsuite – scheduler Social Platforms - Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube Google My Business
