to creatively shout from the rooftops that Steelcase is the best place to work! As a part of our Talent Acquisition team you will get to work on a global level, with the majority of your focus being on the Americas. Who You Are:
You are a marketing or HR professional who understands how to strategically work through a process from beginning to end- identifying the best course of action and being able to show results. You enjoy looking for creative solutions and aren't afraid to challenge the status quo, but have the skills to back up your recommendations. Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in marketing, business, human resources, or a related field Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, talent acquisition (with experience in advertising jobs), or talent marketing Military equivalent experience always accepted Qualified applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Steelcase will not provide support for or sponsor work authorization and/or visas for this role. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with content creation is great- we run the Life at Steelcase social media accounts and want to expand our social footprint You have experience with storytelling through interviews, blogs, shorts, reels, etc. Our job is not to create the story, but to tell the story. Experience with lead generation is great- we need to be able to show success through converting leads to applicants. You're not a recruiter, but you should have working knowledge of the recruiting process. We are business partners with the Recruiting team and have to walk side by side with them. What You Will Be Doing:
Working closely with the digital marketing, brand communications, and internal/external communications teams to determine the best content and messaging for our external audiences You are the story teller for the company- through our digital campaigns, social media, and employer branding tactics, we need to be a business partner with wellbeing, benefits, department leads, off site teams, and more to tell the story of life at Steelcase. You will be working with the Talent Acquisition team on a regular basis to monitor openings and applicant flow, proactively providing support for low applicant flow and reactively providing support when applicant flow is good but candidate quality is struggling Manage larger talent acquisition projects such as redesigning the website, launching new social media channels, and creating new collateral all on brand for TA usage. Data geeks should apply! You will need to be able to back up recommendations with data (through tools like LinkedIn Insights or website statistics) and close the loop with results after campaigns are done. This department is relatively new, and we're still in the learning phase. You must be able to learn from everything we do so we can make a more informed choice each time we go into something.
