We're looking for a detail-obsessed, highly organized Community Manager to join our team at 1000heads. This role is perfect for someone who loves managing the flow of social content, thrives in structured environments, and knows that great publishing is both an art and a science.
You'll be the engine behind consistent, accurate publishing across platforms, while also keeping a sharp eye on competitor activity, performance results, and cultural trends. Your ability to manage time, spot insights, and turn data into action will be just as valuable as your way with words.
Responsibilities
Own the day-to-day publishing process across social platforms with precision and consistency
Manage editorial calendars and ensure content is published on time, error-free, and on brand
Monitor competitors and industry trends, sharing timely reports on what others are doing and why it matters
Analyze content performance, summarize insights, and deliver regular reports that shape our next moves
Collaborate across teams to ensure creative, strategic, and timely social output
Keep tabs on multiple projects, timelines, and tools without missing a beat
Requirements
This is a hybrid role, with 2 days per week in office required. You must reside in one of our US office locations: New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, or Miami
4-5 years of experience in social or content management, ideally within an agency
Mastery of publishing tools (e.g. Sprinklr, native platforms) and a deep love for getting the details right
Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and organizing large volumes of content
Strong reporting chops — you can pull, interpret, and communicate performance and competitor insights
Curious, methodical, and always two steps ahead with time and content

SALARY RANGE
$75,000 - $87,000 annual salary
