UX designers interact with high-ranking roles within the organization and clients to gather feedback, demonstrate results, and overall champion the direction of the product. You will be working closely with onsite and remote teams, as well as offshore team members to gather information and feedback for the product. You will need to be highly trained in UX design best practices as well as have excellent communication and conflict resolution skills to promote a healthy design environment.. YOUR MISSION Your mission is the overall expectation of your role, and how you will be part of the bigger picture. Become an integral part of the product development team and provide design assistance throughout the entire software development cycle Collaborate directly with product owners to understand business requirements and develop new features Collaborate closely with a multi-disciplinary design team to create a user experience with visual elements Interact with users to become an expert at the problem and context knowledge. Create impactful and highly refined designs that meet the user and business needs while leveraging technical feasibilities Analyze and discover information architecture models to develop easy-to-understand user flows, page layout, and navigation. Use agile methodologies to manage team, plan the work, and reach milestones Scope and provide estimates to set project deadlines and deliverables Defend and communicate the UX Design process Plan the design execution process and tasks for the entire project Resolve conflicts in design opinions and directions across team members QUALIFICATIONS The following are the skills and experience needed to achieve the responsibilities for this position.
