Now we're looking for someone to help tell that story. Someone who loves great design, enjoys marketing, and wants to be part of something meaningful. Maybe even someone who already knows and loves our work, a past client or a fan who's followed our journey and wants to jump in and help shape the next chapter.
The Role
As our Marketing Assistant, you'll be the voice and vision behind our brand. From capturing project photos to writing engaging social posts, supporting events, and managing client communications, your work will help us connect with the community, attract new business, and celebrate the homes we're proud to build.
Key Responsibilities

• Photograph completed projects (or set up photo shoots and help stage the photography) to document our best work.
• Social media content creation (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest)
• Assisting with email campaigns, newsletters, flyers, and remodeling award submissions.
• Maintaining and updating the project portfolio on the website and other platforms
• Coordinating events & client experience initiatives
• Managing communications with vendors, partners, and influencers
  

Qualifications & Skills

• 1-2 years marketing experience; design/construction background a plus
• Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Suite, email platforms, and social media
• Exceptional written & visual storytelling ability
• Highly organized with a proactive and adaptable spirit
• Detail-oriented multitasker, able to balance supporting roles with independent projects
  

Work Style & Flexibility
This role is designed to be flexible . On average, it's a 20-hour/week role, but that can ebb and flow; weeks might be closer to 10 hours, others up to 30 or even 40, depending on what's going on. You'll have the freedom to shape your schedule and workload around your life, with support from a team that values trust and autonomy.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $30/hour
• Estimated Annual Equivalent: $30K for 20 hrs/week; $45K for 30 hrs/week
