The Fountain Group is currently seeking a Graphic Designer for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Mettawa, IL. Details for the position are as follows:

Job Description:

• $40.00 - $48.00/HR based on experience
• Temp to perm position (Based on performance/budget) (Hybrid schedule - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote, M-F 9AM - 5PM)
• We are seeking a talented and experienced PowerPoint Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creativity, precision, and storytelling ability to create engaging presentations that communicate complex data and insights effectively to internal and external audiences.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop visually compelling PowerPoint presentations that simplify complex ideas into graphics, charts, and infographics.
• Utilize expertise in masters, layouts, color themes, animations, transitions, and multimedia to enhance presentations.
• Analyze and design content with appropriate typography, colors, and design elements to convey messages effectively. Produce high-quality presentations for senior executives, marketing teams, and cross-functional teams.
• Maintain brand consistency and ensure all presentations meet company standards and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate within a fast-paced environment, maintaining effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
• Manage time efficiently, balancing multiple projects and meeting deadlines under pressure.
• Develop engaging presentation storytelling, stay updated on current design trends and technologies, and incorporate them as appropriate.
• Follow creative directions and organizational workflows.
• Participate in defining project scope, timelines, and budgets, ensuring requirements are met.
• Engage with teams to see projects through to completion and work independently when needed.
• Ensure quality and attention to detail, providing timely updates and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Experience in PowerPoint design.
• Portfolio/sample required.
• Previous experience with InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop.
