Analyze customer journeys to identify trends and develop strategies for improved engagement and conversion.
Perform competitive analysis within the insurance industry to identify market trends and insights.
Develop creative briefs for marketing campaigns, including outlining target audiences and key messaging.
Assist with copywriting for various platforms, including social media, emails, and other marketing materials.
Explore methods to integrate artificial intelligence to enhance the efficiency of repetitive tasks and processes.
Evaluate Allstate products' positioning and perception on external websites.
Help create presentations for internal meetings and strategic discussions.
Collaborate with team members on various projects and tasks as needed.
Qualifications:Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field, with a preference for students with a minor in Journalism.
Strong analytical skills and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
Interest in marketing metrics, customer journey analysis, and strategic marketing tactics.
Interest in copywriting and content creation for various marketing channels.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Familiarity with marketing tools and software is a plus.

Remote role with two in-person meetings during the summer.
