Responsibilities
- Full or Part-time availability
- Create sign/vehicle graphic proofs and production files
- Answer customer calls/emails and consult/interface with customers to obtain necessary information for estimating and proofing
- Create customer proofs and estimates and follow up on multiple job opportunities
- Maintain organization of all potential and active assigned customers from inception through installation
- Accurately keep track of electronic and paper records related to jobs
- Learn new technologies, skills, and techniques to become a better sign associate professional
- Basic graphic design and digital production file preparation
- Ability and willingness to be personable with clients via phone, email and in-person
- Design creativity
- Knowledge of Adobe Design tool suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and/or Flexi Design Software
- Ability to learn and utilize estimating system and software (Corebridge)
- Signage / Vehicle Graphics experience a plus but not necessary
