Your ability to engage with manufacturers and advance the firearms dialogue will be crucial in cultivating partnerships that enhance top line revenue.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Understand, evaluate, and articulate cost-per-acquisition mechanics of membership marketing acquisition campaigns/initiatives. Generate and sustain end-to-end partnerships that generate reciprocal value for both parties. Craft and execute marketing initiatives aimed at our partner's audiences, ensuring they align with our broader marketing goals and effectively engage the target audience.Analyze partner efforts and effectiveness to determine performance trends and generate insights that drive decision-making.Establish clear KPIs to evaluate the success of endemic partnerships, ensuring alignment with business goals and ROI expectations.Facilitate periodic reviews with partners to assess performance, share insights, and identify opportunities for growth or adjustment in strategy.Manage budgets for partnership campaigns/initiatives, ensuring cost-effective spending while maximizing reach, engagement, leads, and membership acquisition.Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning and partnership opportunities.Partner with fellow marketing leaders to develop a cohesive marketing strategy across all business channels.Collaborate with funnel specialists and the creative team to establish an optimized experience for the end-user/customer.Required Skills/Experience Education:
This position is based at our corporate headquarters in West Bend, Wisconsin and requires a minimum of 3 days per week in office. Demonstrated experience in/knowledge of the firearms industry. Must possess a deep list of contacts and ties within the 2A community. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.6+ years of experience in digital marketing with an emphasis on sales, media buying, partnership management, or related focus.In-depth knowledge of the firearms industry, including trends and current events or legislation that may impact USCCA operations.Experience in firearms training is preferred.Familiarity with advertising and marketing compliance requirements specific to the firearms sector.A storyteller adept at transforming financial data into a compelling narrative that illustrates ROI.Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis, tools, and reporting.A genuine interest in media trends, emerging technologies, and their impact on partner strategies.Proven experience in leading teams or initiatives, fostering collaboration. Able to drive results in fast paced multi-stakeholder environments.Strong hands-on experience with project management software is preferred.Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
