Job Description:
This Data Designer/developer role is on the business side of 'Client' in their Payer Innovation organization for Provider Value enablement – this is the team where they gather providers under value-based arrangements.
Some examples of provider value enablement are where they will have admin care coordinators who will reach out to a patient who is high risk and recently discharged. They will schedule a time to meet with the pharmacist to discuss their medication etc. This case will be logged into PEP, the appointment logged in, the pharmacy meeting and notes logged in, and results logged in.
Required Basic Qualifications:
- Need a strong database designer and developer with SQL server and SSIS package experience to get the data out of SQL server. Coming in at the beginning of doing the design of the database – they have some of it sketched out for the operation database but want to add target file information, data from providers, research data. They will design/build the database in SQL server and use SSIS to pull data out.
- Need to have that data passion/tech knowledge and be able to work directly with the business folks on his team. This role is on the business side but you would work with the IT side/team for coordinating any IT infrastructure upgrades/patches determining with them black out periods etc.
- Need to also be very personable, have great communication skills, take the initiative to see how you can improve the database and/or add additional features based upon team needs and what they are currently or in future will be doing. Have to have good energy and explain things well to business people. Healthcare industry experience would be a huge plus.
Compensation: Hourly W2 pay rate $50-$60
