Job Description

We are people who are passionate about biohacking for wellness, recovery, and performance. The number one problem with many recovery and wellness centers and spas is their lack of convenience and affordability. Typically, to enjoy a service, you must book in advance, show up at a specific time, and pay for a single appointment with each visit. Our walk-in model allows you to enjoy services when they fit into your schedule without being limited to one service or technology when you visit. Most wellness services provide the greatest benefit with consistent use. With our affordable memberships, you now have the opportunity to utilize the same types of services that elite athletes use to stay at the top of their game. A one-off service limits how much you can recover. We are here to provide a space for you to get out of pain and to gain a performance advantage. Some of these services are tried and true recovery techniques while many others are cutting-edge. Located in North Central San Antonio, this lab is a continuation of the Float Wellness Spa. After five years of assisting clients in relaxation and mental wellness, we are now focused on evolving the human form for better performance and overall physical health.

Evolve Human Optimization Labs opened in April 2022 with the mission to create an accessible center for people to biohack wellness, recovery, and better performance into their daily lives. Owners Jeremy Jacob and Courtney Balderas opened Float Wellness Spa in 2016. During that time, they have grown and expanded the facility while understanding the limitations of a spa environment. Jeremy saw an opportunity to create a space that allows guests to enjoy wellness modalities in a new format that reduces cost and eliminates appointments for guests. This concept was the genesis for Evolve. We have over 20 modalities that can be enjoyed without an appointment or specific time limit at the facility. It is the first of its kind and will revolutionize the wellness and athletic recovery industries. In order to accomplish this goal, we are in the process of developing a franchise and expanding corporate locations. As first to market, it is critical to grow rapidly to outpace industry awareness of the concept. In 2023, we also purchased Titan Cold Plunge, one of our suppliers.

Marketing Assistant Responsibilities:

Our Marketing Assistant will work with our CEO and marketing agency to create new marketing ideas, propose and present ideas, create content for social media, and possibly video editing.

• Meet with CEO, Marketing agency, and Branding agency to understand current brand, marketing tactics, goals, and plans.
• Evaluate these materials for opportunities and weaknesses.
• Propose new marketing ideas or tactics.
• Create content for social media and Google.
• Video and edit content for social media.
• Monitor traction of marketing campaigns and ad spend.
