We are looking for a Multi-Platform Advertising Executive to uncover new opportunities and build strong relationships with clients in Monroe and across the ArkLaMiss. In this role, you’ll help local and regional businesses achieve their goals by creating effective advertising campaigns that combine the reach of our radio stations with cutting-edge digital marketing solutions. This position is perfect for someone with a strong drive to succeed, a good understanding of advertising (especially digital marketing), and the ability to connect with people. You’ll have the tools and support you need to help businesses grow while advancing your career. What You’ll Do Develop and deliver creative broadcast and digital marketing strategies to meet client goals. Manage the full sales process, from finding leads to closing deals. Build lasting relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional service. Present advertising research that highlights the value of our four radio stations and digital platforms. Provide excellent support after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Stay in touch with clients to understand their changing needs and adjust strategies as necessary. Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally. Keep detailed records of sales activity and customer interactions. What We’re Looking For Experience in sales, customer service, or similar roles. (Advertising and digital marketing experience is a plus.) Proficiency with MS Office tools; CRM software knowledge is a bonus. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Great organizational and time management abilities. Enthusiasm, energy, and a commitment to helping businesses succeed. Qualifications High school diploma is required. A college degree in business, sales, marketing, or advertising is a plus but not required.
