Local long-term minded Sales and Marketing Manager with Electronics Industry experience
COMPANY DESCRIPTION: US company located in Camarillo, CA for 37 years. We design and manufacture rugged computers and flat-panel LCD displays used in military vehicles. Our customers include the US Department of Defense and prime contractors, as well as rugged industrial applications.
ROLE DESCRIPTION: Sales and Marketing Manager This is a full-time on-site job. Working with our Director of Sales and Marketing, the Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for selling the Company's products to existing customers, doing market research, developing marketing & sales strategies, and implementing comprehensive marketing and business development plans to drive growth and expansion. Some travel to trade shows and customer facilities is included.
QUALIFICATIONS: · Experience selling in the electronics field · Marketing and Sales expertise with US government military and aerospace programs and bid sites · Experience in market analysis and competitor evaluation · Proven ability to write technical articles and sales data sheets · Experience working with manufacturer's rep channels preferred · Excellent communication skills · Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or Business preferred · Proficient with Microsoft office products including Excel
