Advertising Account Executive - Covington, KY - Full-time - $45k base + uncapped commission! - Small Local Team!
Advertising Account Executive needed to help sell advertising and sponsorships for print, digital, social media, and events. Looking for someone with experience selling advertising or sponsorships in a B2B environment. Local startup, so every hire is a critical member of the team!
Qualifications:
- B2B sales experience - media sales experience would be a bonus
- Proposal creation experience
- Creativity
- Strong communication – written and oral – abilities
- No degree needed, but one in business or marketing wouldn't hurt

Expectations:
- Great phone skills. A lot of the conversations you’ll be having will be over the phone, so you have to be good at talking on the phone and enjoy it.
- Consultative selling skills. The whole point of this job is to sell, so we need someone who can execute in a consultative selling environment.
- Networking in the community to meet new prospects and promote the group.
- Clear communication with the strategic partnerships coordinator, production, and accounting staff to execute on sales closed.
- Creative ideas for sponsorships and advertisers.
