- Copy of Transcript (Readable copies of all transcripts BA/BS and beyond)
- Credential Copy (Valid California School Librarian Credential )
- Letter of Introduction (Current and applicable to this position.)
- Letter(s) of Reference (Two (2) Professional Letters of Recommendations, hand signed and dated within the last 12 months. (no electronic signatures). At least one letter must be from current administrator.)
- Resume (Current and applicable to this position.)
