Recruitment Multi-Media Account Executive
The Idaho Press is looking for a dedicated HR professional or experienced salesperson to collaborate with partner HR departments on recruitment campaigns. Your expertise in recruitment marketing will help our customers leverage print and digital advertising to find the right job candidates. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at building relationships, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong business relationships with HR and management teams.
- Design and implement customized recruitment campaigns using print and digital media to hit a revenue goal each month.
- Manage project timelines for ad creation, coordinate ad proofs, and input creative content.
- Conduct business follow-up calls and actively grow your network within HR and business partners.
- Attend career fairs and HR organization events to expand your connections.
- Review and respond to customer inquiries, manage campaign progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Use CRM software to track customer interactions, updates, and project status.
- Collaborate with digital specialists to schedule and update campaigns.
- Conduct monthly reviews with customers to discuss campaign performance.

- Strong relationship-building abilities, especially with HR teams.
- Innovative mindset with experience in multimedia advertising.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Project management experience and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Business-to-business sales experience, including cold calling.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
- Self-motivated with strong prioritization skills.
- Comfortable working under pressure and eager to take on challenges.
