We are seeking a Marketing Manager for the Embassy Suites by Hilton Napa Valley, a hotel located at 1075 California Blvd., Napa Valley, CA 94559. The hotel is currently undergoing a major renovation and rebranding to Curio Collection by Hilton, expected to be completed in early 2026. The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovative marketing campaigns and creating exceptional guest experiences. Develop and execute branding and positioning strategies aligned with the hotel’s brand pillars and target audience. Collaborate with operations to create and promote on-property experiences and activations. Support B2B sales and catering marketing efforts in partnership with sales teams. Conduct market research, including SWOT analyses and competitive set studies, to inform marketing strategies. Manage marketing assets, collateral, website, social media, and advertising campaigns. Support digital marketing initiatives, including email campaigns and media buying. Assist in public relations and social media strategies, including influencer collaborations. Coordinate partnership activations and sponsorship opportunities. Qualifications:
Strong relationship-building skills and knowledge of marketing channels (traditional, digital, social). Proficiency in data analysis and translating insights into compelling narratives. Experience in project management and media buying. Excellent copywriting skills. Company Values and Attributes:
