Reporting to the Collision Center Manager, your role requires a blend of automotive knowledge, customer service, and sales skills to ensure a seamless experience for clients. Your expertise in auto estimating and mechanical knowledge will enable you to effectively communicate repair needs and costs. * Collaborate with technicians to ensure understanding of repair needs and timelines.
* Provide exceptional customer service by explaining estimates and repair processes to clients.
* Maintain detailed records of estimates and customer interactions.
* Stay updated on automotive repair techniques and industry standards to enhance estimating accuracy.
* Assist in managing parts and service inventory as needed. *Qualifications** Strong automotive mechanical knowledge
* Proficient in auto estimating and service writing

* Sales experience within the automotive industry
* Background in vehicle maintenance and repair
