We are seeking a highly organized and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team and bring our brand’s vision to life across multiple channels.
Position Overview
As the Marketing Coordinator, you will support our marketing strategy by assisting with content creation, tracking analytics, managing e-commerce listings, coordinating events and pop-ups, and executing social media initiatives. This is an in-person, full-time role based in our Nashville office, requiring close collaboration with our team. You will report directly to the Owners and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), ensuring that all marketing efforts align with the company's vision and strategic goals.
Responsibilities
Analytics & Growth Strategy
- Track and analyze key performance metrics for social media, email marketing, website traffic, and e-commerce.
- Identify opportunities for growth and optimization, providing actionable insights.
- Assist in refining marketing strategies to improve engagement and conversions.
Content Creation & Social Media
- Manage all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, etc.), creating and scheduling engaging content.
- Engage with the community—responding to DMs, comments, and customer interactions.
- Capture and edit short-form video content (e.g., Instagram Reels, TikToks) that highlights jewelry, behind-the-scenes moments, and brand storytelling.
- Collaborate with the team to develop content strategies that align with product launches and brand messaging.
E-Commerce & Digital Presence
- Maintain and update Shopify product pages, website banners, and marketing assets.
- Assist with promotions and product launches, ensuring all assets are accurate and live.
- Support the execution of digital marketing initiatives, including email campaigns and paid media efforts.
Event & Pop-Up Coordination
- Plan and execute in-person brand events, including pop-ups, partnerships, and customer activations.
- Handle event logistics—booking vendors, managing inventory, and ensuring seamless execution.
- Capture live content during events to enhance real-time social media engagement.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, social media content creation, or e-commerce.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, Shopify, etc.).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for storytelling, branding, and the jewelry/fashion/lifestyle space.
- Graphic design, photography, and video experience are a bonus.
