This position has a base salary range of $76,000 - $114,000 annually. This range represents the expected base salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience and time in the role.

Summary

This role is responsible for research and delivering analytics that uncover unique, BCU member-centric insights that are actionable for the Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams. You will enjoy working with top-notch people, rich sets of data, and the ability to see your insights presented on a regular basis. The role will work closely with the Marketing, Sales, Business Intelligence, and Senior Management teams to tell the stories of our insights, and cross-functionally with the rest of the Member Intelligence team, other analysts, and across BCU. The individual should be an accomplished analyst with experience working with diverse, large data sets and has an unrelenting approach towards discovery.

Role and Responsibilities

• Apply analysis and the presentation of data to uncover unique actionable insights about BCU members and their financial behaviors.
• Identify methods to leverage BCU's internal data sets to validate hypotheses and enhance 3rd-party research work with proprietary data.
• Partner with key internal and external stakeholders to turn analysis into insight-driven applications.
• Focus on projects, insights, and data based on the ability to drive our desired outcomes.
• Apply creativity in developing analytic solutions based on available data sources.
• Support BCU's data scientist in the research and/or maintenance of predictive models.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Math, Physics, Engineering, Statistics, or other technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of overall related experience.
• 5+ years in analyzing large transaction-centric data sets preferred.
• 5+ years with SQL preferred.
• 2+ years in PowerBI.
• Experience with data visualization practices.
• Successful experience partnering with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to communicate the results of analyses with actionable items in a clear and effective manner.
• Azure Fabric experience is a plus.
• Experience administering Enterprise PowerBI in Azure Fabric is a plus.
