Location: Ocala, FL
Are you a skilled Architectural Designer with a passion for residential projects and experience in the Florida market?
We have an immediate need for an Architectural Designer to join our team in Ocala, FL. You will be responsible for creating production drawings and contributing to architectural design projects.
About the Role:
- Production Drawings: Create detailed production drawings using AutoCAD (Architectural preferred).
- Architectural Design & Drafting: Contribute to architectural design and drafting projects.
- Florida Project Experience: Utilize your knowledge of Florida building practices and regulations.
- Experienced Designer: You have a minimum of 5 years of architectural design/drafting experience (preferred).
- AutoCAD Proficient: You are proficient in AutoCAD, ideally AutoCAD Architectural.
- Residential Specialist (Preferred): You have experience in residential projects.
- Florida Market Knowledge: You have experience working on projects in Florida (highly preferred).
- Detail-Oriented: You are meticulous in your work and committed to producing accurate drawings.
- AutoCAD experience (AutoCAD Architectural preferred).
- Architectural design/drafting experience.
- Production drawing experience.
- Conceptual drawing experience.
- Degree in Architecture.
- 5+ years of experience.
- Residential experience.
- Experience in Florida.
- Term: This is a 6-month contract to direct opportunity.
- Pay Range: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour based on prior experience.
