Key Responsibilities
:
Innovation Project Management
Demonstrate your ability to lead and manage multiple innovation projects across the organization, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Lead all cross functional team meetings. Showcase your attention to detail and ability to connect the dots through detailed project plans, timelines, and dashboards, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, legal, medical, regulatory, manufacturing, quality, finance, trade, etc.) to ensure effective collaboration and project execution. Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate potential project risks to ensure timely and successful project delivery. Track and report on project progress, milestones, and performance to key stakeholders, providing regular updates on status and issues. Ensure that the innovation projects adhere to quality standards, regulatory guidelines, and company policies. MLR & Veeva Management
Establish yourself as a leader of the Medical, Legal and Regulatory Review Process, including agenda setting, meeting facilitation, delivery of minutes, and ownership of Veeva PromoMats. Build and maintain strong internal customer relationships and drive customer satisfaction through effective communication, efficient responses, and timely deliverables. Train users on the MLR process and enabling Veeva PromoMats platform. NOTE: this description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Experience & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required, MBA a plus PMP Certification and Microsoft Project experience required 3 years’ Project Management experience Healthcare or Pharmaceutical industry preferred Previous new product innovation development and launch experience a plus Strong communication, documentation, organization and time management skills Build and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus, and achieve objectives Desire to work in a fast-paced environment where you are the subject matter expert in project management and MLR WHO WE ARE:
