We are the Orlando International Airport! The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (GOAA) operates MCO and the Orlando Executive Airport. POSITION SUMMARY:
Provide support to Airlines Relations and OperationalReadiness activities. Conduct research and prepare analysis of financial,operational (airline/airport), maintenance, marketing and other data ordocuments to support new and evolving departmental or Authority programs orprocesses. System Administrator of the Authority's Operational Readiness Softwareand GIS system. Work closely with GOAA staff, Owner Authorized Representatives(OAR), Project Management Teams, Contractors and other stakeholders on issues,concerns, and capabilities related to data management, processes, training andsystem administration in support of Airline Relations and Operational Readinessactivities.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Associatesdegree in a related field and four (4) years' experience in an airport/airlineoperations environment, or an equivalent combination of education, training andexperience. Airport supervisory experience required.
- Understanding of airport & airlines business practices to include operational and facility issues
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Excellent oral and written communications skills and strong customer service skills required, multi-lingual skills desired
- Knowledge of construction terminology and practices desired
- Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to work with GIS, financial, operational, and maintenance data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, operational readiness software, airport management software, communication systems and the ability to act as a subject matter expert.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, schedule, organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects.
- Project management skills
- Ability to present information to large and diverse groups
- Ability to pay attention to details and meet deadlines; strong organizational skills with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Must be able and willing to work both standard and non-standard work schedules, including weekends to support project and operational timelines
