Marketing Coordinator
(Salary - $45,000-$55,000 USD)
About The Role:
Les Mills is the global leader in group fitness with the mission of creating a fitter planet. We are currently looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team. The Marketing Coordinator is an essential role that supports the development and execution of programs that drive revenue growth for the organization. This position is a key player on the team, supporting two major areas of our business: Club growth and instructor acquisition.
Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To:
- Customer Acquisition:
- Supporting the sales team in their effort to acquire new partners
- Building customized email campaigns to generate new leads
- Creating sales tools and presentation material to support prospect conversations - Partner Engagement:
- Collaborating with the Customer Experience and Customer Success team to build ideas that will retain existing partners
- Ensuring the success of existing partners by providing marketing support for in-club activation events
- Building and scheduling email communication about program updates/changes and product launches - Instructor Recruitment:
- Support in creating promotional offers to increase instructor recruitment
- Help manage campaigns uniquely targeted to the instructor community
- Support in the delivery of instructor education - Brand Awareness:
- Support in the creation of multi-channel marketing assets promoting product and program launches
- Creating and executing trade media creative to generate awareness for new products and programs
- Collaborating with our public relations agency and providing support in key PR initiatives

Desired Experience:
- Interest in the health and fitness industry
- Four-year degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or a related field
- 1 – 2 years of Marketing experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft programs
- Adobe and/or Canva experience
Must be based in Chicago
