We’re looking for a creative, on-demand Real Estate Tech Visualization Content Creator to develop compelling visual content that showcases cutting-edge real estate technologies for our social media channels. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for design, an understanding of real estate marketing trends, and the technical skills to produce engaging 3D, VR/AR, or other visual assets that captivate potential buyers, investors, and industry professionals. Responsibilities Content Creation:
Produce high-quality visual content (images, short videos, 3D renderings, infographics, etc.) highlighting emerging real estate technologies (e.g., virtual tours, drone footage, VR/AR solutions, data visualization). Storytelling & Branding:
Transform technical concepts into compelling visual narratives aligned with our brand voice and marketing goals. Social Media Publishing:
Work closely with our marketing team to optimize content for platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn. On-Demand Availability:
Be available for quick turnarounds on specific projects or content needs, with consistent, reliable communication. Quality Assurance:
Review and revise content according to feedback, ensuring each piece meets brand and quality standards. Qualifications Proven Experience:
Demonstrable portfolio in creating tech-focused or real estate-focused visual content (3D renderings, VR/AR showcases, data-driven infographics). Technical Proficiency:
Skilled in relevant design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, SketchUp, Blender, Unreal Engine, etc.). Real Estate Knowledge:
Familiarity with real estate terminology, trends, and industry best practices is highly preferred. Social Media Savvy:
Understanding of best practices for engagement on social platforms, including the latest trends in reels, stories, and short-form videos. Communication Skills:
Fluent in English with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and provide regular project updates. Collaborative Mindset:
