Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and strategically minded Senior Art Director or Associate Creative Director to join our Creative Department on a freelance basis. This individual will be crucial in enhancing our conceptual thinking and driving innovative advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to present and sell ideas while also providing design support as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Concept Development: Lead the conceptualization of advertising campaigns, ensuring that ideas are strategically sound and aligned with client objectives.
• Art Direction: Provide guidance and direction on design projects, assisting with the art direction workload as needed to maintain high creative standards.
• Presentation Skills: Present and sell creative ideas to clients and internal stakeholders, articulating the strategic rationale behind concepts and designs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters, designers, and other team members to develop cohesive and compelling creative solutions.
• Strategic Insight: Apply strong strategic understanding to inform creative decisions, ensuring that all work is relevant and impactful for target audiences.
• Mentorship: Support and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative creative environment.
• Passion for Advertising: Stay current with industry trends and best practices, demonstrating a genuine passion for the work and the advertising field.
  
  

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a creative role, with a focus on conceptual thinking and advertising campaign development.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful advertising campaigns and creative projects.
• Presentation Skills: Proven ability to present ideas confidently and effectively, with a track record of selling concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Team-Oriented: A collaborative mindset, with experience working in team settings and contributing positively to group dynamics.
• Strategic Thinker: Strong strategic understanding of branding, marketing, and consumer behavior, with the ability to translate insights into compelling creative solutions.
• Passion for the Work: A genuine enthusiasm for advertising and a commitment to delivering exceptional creative work.
