Bemana is recruiting on behalf of a well-established company in the Power Generation industry that is currently looking to hire a Service Writer in Pompano Beach, FL.

Job Duties:
- Take and open service call tickets.
- Create invoices and manage work orders.
- Monitor backlog of quote requests and turnaround within 1-2 days of receipt.
- Research parts/labor required for repair and associated pricing and, if necessary, review with technician or customer.
- Apply standard material mark-ups and labor rates or receive approval for adjusted pricing.
Additional Requirements:
- Understanding of diesel/natural gas engines, generators, and electrical components
- Strong communication skills
- Organized and detail oriented
