Retail Marketing Program Management - 50% Evaluate program(s) functionality and performance regularly and provide proactive recommendations for enhancements Support region and field team execution of marketing programs, inclusive of training and concise performance analysis Provide consistent and comprehensive program performance reporting to Executive teams Support Demand Generation efforts by managing agency oversight of campaigns inclusive of accurate offers, timeliness to market, and performance reporting Support Demand Capture efforts by managing agency oversight of preferred providers, communicating incentive and carline launches, and performance reporting Develop communications for relevant audiences to support program changes, enhancements, and performance Act as a key liaison between corporate marketing, sales regions, and dealers Vendor Management - 30%
Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources Work closely with agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality program execution Develop and distribute training materials and program insights to providers, partners, and field teams Ensure partners continuously optimize, retail marketing programs by integrating the latest technologies and efficiencies Ensure vendors meet deadlines, fulfill reporting requirements, maintain program accuracy, and provide dealer/regional support as needed Employee Management & Development - 20%
Provide clear direction, support, and guidance while fostering a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment Participate in recruitment and selection process to hire top talent and make employment decisions. Promote a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, quality, and accountability. Conduct regular performance reviews, set performance goals, recognize high performance, and promptly and appropriately address performance concerns by working with upper management and HR Qualifications and Other Requirements:
Education (Minimum):
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience, required.
Experience:
5+ years' experience in marketing, customer experience management, or a related role within retail, e-commerce, or a similar industry, preferably in the automotive industry, to include:
Experience in digital marketing preferred Dealer facing experience preferred Experience in project management preferred Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Understanding of retail and digital marketing Ability to concept, create, and execute marketing programs Strong written and oral communication skills to express ideas effectively in individual and group settings Proficient in Microsoft office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) The ability to organize - be organized, re-organize and make suggestions for project organization to maximize efficiency Strong foundation in media technology, video and audio technology, automotive retail Ability to work cross-functionally Understanding of media and agency production preferred Understanding of automotive metrics preferred Strong analytical skills preferred Being a "self-starter" (being able to identify needs and take action) preferred
Travel May be required quarterly
