The Richmond Kickers Pro Soccer Club, an independent USL League One team, and Richmond Ivy Soccer Club, a pre-professional USL W League team, both located in Richmond, Va., are accepting applications for an experienced Game Presentation Producer who can run the videoboard show on match day as well as assist in the planning of the show during the week. This is a part-time paid position.
Responsibilities
- The Richmond Kickers and the Richmond Ivy are seeking an enthusiastic Game Presentation Producer to help plan, develop, and execute all aspects of in-game entertainment at City Stadium home games and events.
- The ideal candidate will display effective communication skills, an ability to manage multiple tasks while staying organized, is a strong problem solver, is detail-oriented, and can excel in a collaborative team environment.
- This position oversees a team of gameday staff members that play an integral role in the gameday experience.
- Lead control room team in run of show.
- The nature of this role requires being available for all Kickers and Ivy home games and other organizational events, so flexibility on working hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is necessary.
- The Game Presentation Producer will work closely with the Game Presentation and Videoboard Production teams, as well as all organizational departments to conceptualize, promote, drive, and enhance the City Stadium gameday experience.
- Assist the creative team with the creation, planning, and execution of all game presentation features and elements.
- Collaborate with department on music selections based on game timing, theme nights, win, loss, and goal.
- Assist in the planning, development, and execution of sponsored and non-sponsored entertainment to be implemented at home games, including theme and heritage night pre- and in-game features, food and beverage locations, retail offerings, and unique experiences for fans to participate in.
- Help develop and write scripts for Public Address Announcer and talent in weekly meetings.
- Direct camera operators for live shots throughout the event.
- Assist with the logistics and execution of pre-game on-field experiences and entertainment with departmental personnel and participants/performers.
- Coordinate the gameday social media activation (Tagboard) on the videoboards, including the selection of content and implementation of in-game features.
- Assist with the development and maintenance of the Game Presentation catalog which contains historical and current features and ideas available to be added to the gameday run of show as sponsored or non-sponsored content.
- Assisting with content load-ins to the Motion Rocket Launchpad system.
- This is a part-time, seasonal, game day position.

- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Proficient in script writing and development.

- Ability to interact professionally with full- and part-time staff, fans, clients, and celebrities.
