Responsibilities The Marketing Manager is part of the above property organization responsible for marketing strategies & tactics across participating hotels within a portfolio. Under the leadership of the Area Director, Field Marketing, this role partners closely with key stakeholders and internal/external partners to establish marketing strategies and verify successful execution of critical marketing tactics. Drives topline revenue by fully leveraging marketing programs at the property and market level that are integrated with the total hotel strategy. Develops and manages website updates, paid media campaigns, content audits, property merchandising and foundational tactics at the property level across all hotels within their portfolio. As part of the Marketing team, this role is fully connected into resources in their region. The Marketing Manager liaises and builds deep partnerships with their regional teams to verify all brand, local, and digital marketing efforts are effectively integrated with the selling efforts for the organization, as applicable. Benefits Colorado Applicants Only: The salary range for this position is $63,150.00 to $122,722.00 annually. Hawaii Applicants Only: The salary range for this position is $76,410.00 to $134,991.00 annually. New York Applicants Only: The salary range for this position is $63,150.00 to $134,991.00 annually. Washington Applicants Only: The salary range for this position is $67,724.80 to $134,991.00 annually. In addition to the annual salary, the position will be eligible to receive an annual bonus. Employees will accrue 0.04616 PTO balance for every hour worked and eligible to receive a minimum of 7 holidays annually.
