Job DescriptionCompany Description
We are looking for audio transcriptionists that will be able to correctly index audio files along with other duties as assigned. Responsibilities include transcribing audio files received in both English and Spanish and handling daily mail.
Candidate must be flexible, have excellent attention to detail, and demonstrate good communication skills-with a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily processing of audio files.
- Receive and scan affidavits into platform when received and complete index values as needed.
- Complete all work in line with production schedule and expected productivity guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications:
- Must have strong computer skills.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English and Spanish.
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
- Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs
- Must have excellent alpha numeric typing skills
- Must have excellent attention to detail
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
