Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Marketing Coordinator / Office Assistant role located in San Diego, CA at Sandy Vans. This individual will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, managing leadership calendars, marketing & event support, maintaining customer communication, and overall chaos management of the company.
Qualifications
- Executive Administrative Assistance, Marketing Support, and Office Administrative skills
- Experience in preparing and managing sales / marketing reports
- Experience working with brand activations, trade shows, events
- Experience in customer service
- Strong communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Proficient in office software and tools (Hubspot, Shopify, Gmail)
- Experience in a similar role or industry is a plus
Starting pay: $20/hr + benefits. Room for growth & opportunities as the company evolves.
