Job Title: Property Marketing Administrator Employment Status:

Pay Range:
$32.00 - $36.00/hour
Location:
145 Taylor Street, San Francisco, CA 94102
Schedule:
Monday - Friday; Business hours 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM; Hybrid 4 Days on-site, 1 day remote
Summary Under the supervision of the Associate Director of Compliance, the Compliance Marketing Administrator is responsible for implementing marketing plans and managing waitlists to ensure fair housing opportunities for lease-up and existing properties. This includes designing and executing Affirmative Fair Housing Marketing Plans (AFHMPs), staying informed on relevant regulations, and incorporating those into marketing strategies.
Essential Duties
Administrative (50%)
Execute marketing plans to open property waitlists.
Support processing of vacancy applications and verify data accuracy.
Collaborate with property managers to maintain waitlists.
Coordinate tenant transfers ensuring compliance with Fair Housing standards.
Identify and implement process improvements.
Update team on policies and procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
Reporting (20%)
Prepare reports on outreach efforts and waitlist management effectiveness.
Ensure compliance and recommend adjustments.
Stakeholder Engagement (30%)
Develop and deliver training on fair housing laws and procedures.
Build relationships with local agencies and serve as primary contact for inquiries.
Promote professionalism and confidentiality.
Qualifications Required Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong report creation and maintenance skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Effective communication and organizational skills.
Experience working with diverse populations.
Ability to manage multiple projects.
Physical ability to perform light activities.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Urban Planning, or related field.
At least 2 years experience in marketing, real estate, or compliance, with fair housing focus preferred.
Knowledge of Fair Housing Act and related regulations.
Familiarity with HUD and affordable housing programs.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Property Management Software (Yardi).
Background in affordable housing or nonprofit property management.
