GENERAL MANAGER HIGHLIGHTS: RumbleBoxing is seeking a highly motivated individual responsible for meeting studio sales goals, membership renewals, and ancillary service goals. Under the management of the Studio Owner and with support from the RumbleExperience team, the General Manager must demonstrate leadership qualities across all areas of the business. This role involves building lasting relationships with members to foster ambassadorship and retention. The General Manager embodies hospitality and upholds our mission of fueling energetic communal experiences.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead generation & management
Engage in marketing efforts to generate leads
Organize community awareness events
Follow the LASER process to convert leads to members
Convert non-members to members
Build rapport and lasting relationships with members
Retain members and generate referrals
Handle member concerns with a solutions-focused attitude
Hire and train new Rumble Team Members
Manage Rumble schedule
Supervise team performance and drive results
Create a positive work environment
Collaborate with Studio Owner to set targets
Conduct pre-planning to meet financial goals
Maintain studio cleanliness and organization
Ensure all technology functions properly
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
3+ years of retail/service/fitness sales experience
BA preferred
Social media savvy (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
Ability to manage and drive revenue streams
Confident in personal sales
Competitive, self-motivated, and a leader
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment
Passion for fitness
Highly organized and proficient in data management
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Professional, punctual, reliable, and neat
Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
Proficient with computers and studio software; ClubReady experience preferred
