Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop firm positioning, messaging, and marketing strategy
- Manage and oversee marketing budget
- Manage all advertisements, sponsorships, and public relations for the firm
- Manage industry partnerships for co-branding and cross-selling opportunities
- Create integrated marketing campaigns and activities, oversee all content creation development
- Develop, oversee, and execute quarterly continuing education courses. Be a liaison between the Utah Department of Insurance and NFFN for accreditation and agent CE licensing
- Work closely with the sales team to monitor agent/adjuster client feedback
- Help lead and guide sales team with marketing initiatives
- Maintain and produce high-quality marketing pieces from concept to final product
- Manage association memberships and involvement
- Manage website and social media platforms
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, effective presentation capabilities
- 3+ years of experience marketing for service based industry
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
- Expert on social media platforms- LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram
- Expert at using data, user research, and industry trends to make informed marketing decisions
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Event management experience preferred but not required
