Sales/Marketing Coordinator
Responsible for supporting and coordinating administrative functions of the Sales and Marketing Department activities in conjunction with the sales of fully insured and self-funded commercial accounts. Serves as secondary source of contact for Brokers, prospects and employer groups. Responsible for timely submission of reports, proposal requests and new groups to meet department and corporate goals. Responsible for developing relationships with Broker administrative support to ensure maximum information obtained for risk assessment and Broker loyalty

Qualifications
High school degree required. One to three years relevant experience in a sales or marketing environment.
New Mexico Accident and Health or Sickness Insurance License is required within 90 days of employment.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in person, via telephone and in writing with the public, including members, employers and Brokers.
Must be able to work closely with other team members and function efficiently under pressure.
Responsibilities
Serves as administrative support to Sales and Marketing teams as well as department management
Interacts with internal departments within PHP and PHS as necessary to perform job role.
Responsible for timely and accurate data base entry to support the sales and service teams.
Process, distribute and maintain reports
Maintains appropriate data bases required for job role.
Client/Broker contact on the phone and with walk-ins
Coordinates meetings/events
Coordinates mailings
Track and maintain Sales and Marketing material stock
Organize and manage department supplies, workroom and general storage areas
Maintain storage of archived files
Serve as back-up for the phones
Maintain scheduling of Marketing equipment, displays, and give away items
Assist in all internal and external Sales and Marketing events
