We are currently seeking a FT Healthcare Marketer to join our team!

What You'll Do

• Act as a brand ambassador for Caldera Care, building and maintaining strong relationships with referral sources in the community.
• Foster strategic partnerships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and social workers.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop business strategies and improve referral processes.
• Organize and participate in community events to raise awareness of our services and build meaningful connections.
• Drive census growth through proactive business development initiatives and outreach.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Must have experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) marketing.
• Clinical background is a strong plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance payer systems.
• 1+ year of marketing and/or management experience (preferred).
