About This Role
As a Marketing Manager at MN Custom Homes, you will use your experience and results-driven focus to lead our marketing initiatives and fuel business growth. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing impactful digital and offline marketing campaigns that enhance our brand visibility as a luxury home builder. You will focus on driving high-quality leads to our sales team, leveraging data-driven strategies and innovative tactics to achieve measurable results. Additionally, you will oversee website optimization efforts to ensure an exceptional user experience. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for brand and digital marketing and a proven ability to deliver performance goals.
On a Given Day, Your Work Might Include
- Develop and optimize marketing campaigns across channels like Google Ads, Meta/social media, Display, Programmatic, Direct Mail, Print, and Email marketing, working in tandem with our agencies.
- Oversee website updates and optimization, ensuring a user-friendly design and improved search engine rankings.
- Oversee our CRM experience for prospective homebuyers and customers. Own email channel and communication at key stages of the customer journey.
- Manage content creation, including web pages, social media updates, print ads, email newsletters, and marketing collateral. Help oversee the marketing experience in the home for new home listings.
- Coordinate cross-functionally to drive new leads to our Presales team and our Land Acquisition team. Align marketing strategies for lead generation and revenue goals.
- Build and drive relationships with external vendors, partners, and agencies to implement marketing strategies and brand awareness efforts.
- Identify and test new channels or tactics to expand audience reach and drive engagement.
- Drive data analysis. Analyze campaign performance metrics and generate actionable insights to refine strategies.
- Conduct market research to understand consumer preferences, target audiences, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Monitor budgets, allocate resources, and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
- Model and reinforce actions and behaviors consistent with the MN Custom Homes’ values, mission, and culture.
Working Environment & Physical Requirements
- This position requires frequent use of a computer, including keyboard functions and visual acuity of 20 inches or fewer on a daily basis.
Travel & Vehicle Requirements
- Occasional local travel within the Bellevue and Eastside region.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Bachelor’s degree; high school diploma required.
- 6+ years of marketing experience. Experience in ecommerce and digital marketing is also required.
- Marketing campaign management experience; this includes campaign design, creative testing, ROI analysis, and optimizations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Experience in digital marketing channels such as Google AdWords, Facebook/Meta advertising, LinkedIn, AdDaptive, Simpli.fi, and others.
- Proficiency with marketing tools such as HubSpot, WordPress, Canva, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Arefs, and others is a strong plus.
- Experience creating and executing market research campaigns is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities effectively.
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong understanding of data analysis and marketing performance metrics such as CTR, ROI, CPA, LTV, and more.
- Growth mindset and collaborative spirit.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Hours & Compensation
This is a full-time position paying $92,500 - $138,680 + discretionary bonuses. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary range for this position. Individual placement within a salary range will vary based upon factors including but not limited to candidate experience, knowledge, individual skills, and organizational performance.
