Salary: $65K-$75K

As a member of the Blackburn Management Team, the Marketing Director will play a pivotal role in overseeing lead generation, brand management, and fostering a dynamic company culture across the state.
Job Summary:
The Marketing Director will lead and execute marketing strategies to drive lead generation, manage the brand’s identity, and strengthen efforts to be local experts. This role requires a results-driven individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about achieving measurable success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Strategy
- Develop and oversee the annual marketing plan and budget to meet company lead generation goals per market segment.
- Analyze campaign progress and make data-driven adjustments to ensure effectiveness.
- Identify and manage events and brand ambassadors to increase lead generation.
- Collaborate with digital marketing partners to optimize strategies across all platforms.
- Brand Management
- Maintain consistent branding across all internal and external marketing materials.
- Oversee content calendars for social media, websites, newsletters, and blogs.
- Partner with HR to create and execute the company’s employment brand strategy.
- Ensure cohesive and unified marketing efforts between the company and vendors.
- Public Relations & Community Engagement
- Proactively share company updates with media outlets and respond to inquiries.
- Engage with community organizations to promote the company’s presence and initiatives.
- Address reviews and public feedback with professionalism and accuracy.
- Provide creative direction for marketing materials, including videos, graphics, and campaigns.
Who You Are:
- Associates or bachelor’s degree in marketing (or a related field).
- 2+ years of marketing experience with knowledge of both online and offline strategies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in personal computer use; design experience is a plus.
