Job Summary

Product-focused marketers at Multi Radiance will spearhead content creation and management for their assigned product(s). These individuals deeply understand their target audience's everyday challenges and can succinctly explain how their product helps solve customer problems. Through close collaborations with product owners, marketing designers, Regulatory Managers, and sales directors, product marketing managers can shape effective marketing content. In addition to salary, there is a bonus potential based on company and personal performance.

Responsibilities

1.  Market Intelligence: Be the expert on assigned product(s), including potential buyers and the competitive landscapes.

2.  Content Creation: Lead the marketing content creation and management for their assigned product(s), including, but not limited to, sales assets, presentations, marketing campaigns, emails, social media, educational downloads, and webinars.

3.  Product Education: Educate other departments on the assigned product(s) with the desired messaging and positioning.

4.  Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for growth for the assigned product(s). Utilize this data to inform and refine marketing strategies.

5.  Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website management, content marketing, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media strategies for assigned product(s).

6.  Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, Clinical Education, and Regulatory Affairs, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business goals.

7.  Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant industry regulations and guidelines, such as FDA regulations for medical devices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA a plus but not required.
• 3-5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in medical marketing.
• Proven experience in the medical device, capital equipment industry, or a similar healthcare-related field.
• Strong understanding of FDA regulations and compliance in marketing medical devices.
• Significant product marketing and development experience
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
