Job Summary:
Strider is looking for a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our fast-paced marketing team. You will play a key role in developing on-brand, high-quality marketing materials across digital and print formats, ensuring our content is visually compelling and strategically aligned.
This role is perfect for someone who can move fast, deliver high-quality work, and keep projects flowing seamlessly. You should have a strong foundation in design principles, brand application, and storytelling while also bringing fresh ideas that evolve our visual identity. Key Responsibilities:
Design & Production
-Create a wide range of marketing assets, including emails, presentations (PowerPoint, Keynote), one-pagers, eBooks, graphics, infographics, long-form documents, social media assets, event collateral, video, and more. Conceptual & Narrative Thinking
-Approach every project with a strategic mindset, ensuring that designs support and enhance the story being told. Brand Execution & Innovation
-Deliver on-brand materials while identifying opportunities to push creative boundaries within brand guidelines. Detail-Oriented Design
-Maintain pixel-perfect accuracy, ensuring every deliverable is polished and error-free. Software Proficiency
- Work efficiently in Figma (primary design tool) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce top-tier designs. Print Preparation
-Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with local printers to ensure high-quality production. Illustration
Skills
- Develop custom illustrations to elevate marketing materials, incorporating a more detailed and sophisticated illustration style. Collaboration & Execution
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and leadership to execute high-priority deliverables on tight timelines. Key Qualifications: 3-6 years of experience in art direction, graphic design, production design, or a similar role. Self-motivated problem solver with a strong work ethic and a get-it-done mindset. Proven advertising agency experience or experience working in a fast-paced environment producing high-volume, high-quality work. Efficient and effective execution-can turn around high-quality work quickly without getting bogged down in perfectionism. Expertise in Figma (this is a Figma-first company) and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Exceptional portfolio showcasing both conceptual and production work Strong understanding of print production and ability to prepare print-ready files.
