Marketing Research & Insights Manager Pay and Benefits: * Hourly pay: $70-$95/hr (Pay varies based on the candidate's experience and location) * Worksite: Leading professional development and networking company (San Francisco CA, Sunnyvale, CA, or New York, NY - Hybrid or Onsite, Open to remote candidates located in the United States, Candidates local to San Francisco, Sunnyvale, or New York are preferred) * W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program * 40 hours/week, 12 Month Assignment
Marketing Research & Insights Manager Responsibilities: * Project execution. * Identify the best methodology to answer business and research questions. * Scope and design research project/action plan. * Draft questionnaires and discussion/interview guides. * Manage end-to-end project set-up and execution (in-field) with internal or external research teams. * Analysis, Synthesis, and Storytelling: * Analyze data (using a variety of tools and resources). * Synthesize data by reporting actionable results to Content and Product Marketing stakeholders. * Drive Impact and Influence through collaboration: * Work closely with Research Operations teams (internal or external - vendors) to execute surveys. * Work closely with Product marketing teams to communicate results and drive action.
Marketing Research & Insights Manager Qualifications: * 7+ years of market research experience. * 3+ years designing and writing surveys. * BA or BS degree. * Experience with qualitative and quantitative research, synthesizing key implications. * Experience with tracking studies (e.g. brand health trackers). * Experience with syndicated research (e.g. Forrester, Gartner, emarketer...). * Experience in tech, CPG, or retail. * Strong leadership and communication skills. * Experience working with and analyzing large data sets. * Experience with B2B research is a plus. * Advanced level in Excel and PowerPoint. * Familiarity with some data processing tools such as SPSS, Decipher, Q, etc. (Decipher a plus). * Ability to write questionnaires and process data
