This is a full-time, on-site position at our Shenandoah, TX campus. While the exact schedule may vary, you'll work closely with teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and lead management.

YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER

As an HCM Tech Marketing Specialist, you'll take the lead in executing and optimizing campaigns across email, social media, and digital advertising. You'll use Salesforce and Pardot to manage leads, helping convert Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) by refining lead scoring and follow-up processes. You'll work hand-in-hand with the sales team to align efforts, ensuring materials effectively support their needs. Tracking key metrics like conversion rates and revenue, you'll analyze data and identify ways to improve campaign performance. Your work will directly contribute to making our efforts more efficient and effective.

WHAT'S REQUIRED FOR AN HCM TECH MARKETING SPECIALIST?

• 3+ years in marketing operations, revenue marketing, or sales enablement
• Proven success in improving MQL-to-SQL conversion and optimizing marketing-driven revenue
• Experience managing campaigns in Salesforce, Pardot, and Monday.com
• Strong data analysis skills and ability
