Develop, launch, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (phone, mail, email, SMS). Ownership of the end-to-end funnel management. Data Analysis & Reporting Build and maintain growth forecasts and models, tracking funnel metrics and continuously optimizing to ensure we hit our growth targets. Conduct ongoing A/B testing on creative, messaging, and workflows to drive continuous performance improvements. Present data-driven insights, campaign performance, and recommendations to senior leadership. Marketing Automation & Platform Management Serve as the in-house expert on Customer.io designing and managing automated workflows to engage and convert patients. Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure accurate data flows and integrations between internal systems, marketing automation, and other tools. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with the Clinical Operations and Partner Success teams to develop patient-centric campaigns that address unique clinical needs and drive program enrollment. Partner with the Sales and Account Management teams to align on practice- or health-system-specific growth initiatives. Compliance & Healthcare Context Ensure all patient outreach and data handling is HIPAA-compliant and meets regulatory standards. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging channels, and best practices, particularly within healthcare and digital health. Qualifications
3-5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or a similar data-driven marketing role. Proven track record designing and executing successful multi-channel acquisition campaigns, with demonstrable results in driving growth. Marketing Automation Expertise: Hands-on experience using Customer.io, HubSpot, Marketo, Iterable, or equivalent platforms to build automated workflows and acquisition campaigns. Strong Analytical Skills: Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets; experience with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) or basic SQL is a plus. A/B Testing Know-How: Familiarity with experiment design and iterative testing to optimize performance. Excellent Communication: Able to translate complex data into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Healthcare/Regulatory Experience (nice to have): Experience working within HIPAA or another regulated environment is a plus.
